Proudly presented by USD, this skate is an upgraded version of the legendary Aeon collection of aggressive skates, customized to meet Mery Munoz's exact specifications and style.
Mery, who opted for the Aeon due to its unique lightweight design, worked closely with the USD design team to create a skate that embodies her identity. With intricate details such as an aluminum buckle, an additional 45-degree buckle across the instep, extra thick laces, and a soft leather upper portion, this skate provides the most supportive wrap-around feeling ever in a 60mm Aeon. The leather top also gives the skate a stylish sneaker look, while Mery's personally designed little ninja logo is a perfect representation of herself. The second-generation, taller height-adjustable AEON cuff is perfect for topsides while allowing for more comfortable and longer skating sessions. The MYFIT 2nd Skin liner ensures optimal comfort and performance.
The "Unibody" skate concept by USD combines the shell, soulplate, and frame into a single part, significantly reducing the number of screws, threads, and other hardware elements. This innovative approach results in a perfectly balanced, lightweight skate with a lowered center of gravity, providing better control over the entire skate.
The Aeon Mery Munoz Pro 60 aggressive inline skates come in a sleek light grey color with a 4x61mm flat setup and wide split groove. The unibody construction, as well as the glass-fiber reinforced plastic soulplate and body, make the skate lightweight and low to the ground.
The MYFIT 2nd Skin liner is specifically designed for boots with narrower shells, making it a great choice for skaters with wider feet who want to use a normal shell without pressure points or pain. The liner's 3D anatomically shaped padding made out of high-end foam materials with different thicknesses and densities offers superior comfort and performance. The stretchable SBR material in the toe box covers two sizes, while the pre-shaped and molded EVA foam tongue provides full control and a super snug fit.
The heel area is fully heat moldable, allowing for customization of the fit, and the 2nd Skin liner includes the "custom heel fit," a molded EVA foam that optimizes heel lock. The lacing on the 2nd Skin liner adds extra stability and fixation for maximum control and performance, with lace loops on the liner providing two options: to lace just the liner or to connect the shell and liner to further improve the heel lock.
