  • Where is my order?

    1. If you placed an order and did not receive an order confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it is not there either, please email us at [email protected].

    Sometimes the email address entered during checkout contains a typo, for example .con instead of .com, or there may be another issue.
    We will review and fix the issue as soon as possible during business hours, and you will then receive your order confirmation.

    2. Tracking numbers are usually sent by email within 2 to 48 hours after the order is placed. If you have not received yours, please let us know.

    All emails, except for the automatic order confirmation, are sent manually by the co-owner, Alex Shu. You can always reach out, and I will be happy to help. :)

  • Can I return or exchange the product?

    Yes, you can return the product in 60 days without any reason. The product should be in a new condition.

    You can submit a product return in your profile or through the button "Message us" or via this email [email protected]

    Full refund or exchange - once we receive the return. We refund the same day or in up to 3 days.

  • How fast is the product delivery?

    Standard handling time is 1-3 business days.
    Shipping by UPS/USPS/FedEx within the USA is 1-5 business days, depending on location.
    We ship from Florida, Utah, and California warehouses.

  • What payment methods do you have?

    For your security, all payments are processed through trusted and secure checkout pages provided by Stripe and PayPal rather than directly on our website. Through Stripe, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Link, Amazon Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, and more. We also accept PayPal.

    If your payment was blocked, please try again or contact your bank. If your payment was successful but you have any questions about it, please email us at [email protected] .

  • How do I determine what size skates to buy?

    We recommend measuring your foot length and consulting our size chart for each specific brand and model of inline skates.

    If you have any questions about sizing, please email us ([email protected]) or use the “Message Us” option with the model you are considering and your foot length in cm/inches (Please measure your foot on a piece of paper as shown in the sizing chart instructions).

  • Do you have a storefront I can visit?

    Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront for in-person visits or pickups. We are an online store only.

    However, if you know your size, we may be able to offer pickup in Naples, Florida. To arrange this, please email us with the model and size you are looking for. If that pair is available in our Naples warehouse, you can pick it up.


    What about your location in Philadelphia?

    - It is our LLC’s business mailing address, where our officer receives mail. It is not a storefront. Since 2025, our main warehouse has been moved to Naples, Florida.
